More than 14,000 people saw Roof Ranger in Google for three search terms alone in six months, and not one of them clicked. Underneath that, 100 pages shared the same meta description and 76 pages had no main heading.
The duplicate descriptions were rewritten, the missing headings added and around 60 broken links repaired. The Google Business Profile moved out of the generic “Contractor” category and roof replacement was finally listed as a service.

Can I do my own SEO audit?
You can check a lot yourself using Google Search Console and a free tool, and our article on what an SEO audit actually finds includes a simple checklist to start with. What a free tool will not do is tell you which of its warnings matter for your business, or look at your Google Business Profile and competitors alongside your website.
Can ChatGPT do an SEO audit?
AI tools can explain SEO problems and suggest fixes if you give them the information, but they cannot see your Search Console data, crawl your whole website or check your live Google results on their own. They are a helpful assistant, not a replacement for an audit built on your actual data.
What is the difference between your free review and an SEO audit?
The free review is a short look at your website and Google Business Profile to tell you where you stand and whether an audit or ongoing SEO would help. The audit is the full investigation, with every finding backed by evidence and a complete plan at the end.
Do I have to use you to fix what the audit finds?
No. The plan is written so your own developer or team can work through it. Plenty of clients do some of it themselves and ask us to handle the rest.
What do you need from me?
Access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, manager access to your Google Business Profile and a login to your website. We only look, and we do not change anything during the audit.
