What Sits Outside Your Care Plan

The care plan is there to keep your existing website healthy. Bigger pieces of work are quoted separately, so you always know what you are paying for before anything starts.

Work that is quoted on its own includes new pages, design changes to existing pages or sections, blog articles, and larger content updates such as adding a new project gallery. If a change will take more than the included hour, we will tell you first and confirm the cost with you before we go ahead.

If you want your website to grow in Google, that is a job for ongoing SEO rather than a care plan. Our SEO services page explains how that works.

Care Plans for Websites Someone Else Built

You do not need to have built your website with us to join a care plan. We look after WordPress websites built by other developers too.

Before we take a website on, we give it a health check. We look for malware, hidden code and anything that is draining your hosting resources or slowing the website down, so we know exactly what we are working with.

How Much Does a Website Care Plan Cost?

Our website care plans start from $100 + GST a month. The exact price depends on your website, including its size, the plugins it uses and whether it is hosted with us.

Around 70% of the clients we build websites for choose to stay on a care plan after launch, because it means they never have to think about updates, security or hosting again.

There is no long lock-in contract. Your care plan runs month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice, and because you own your website, you are free to move it at any time.
